    Not like strategy and strategic planning, corporate culture is not rooted in reality or business. Culture originated in personal beliefs, values and ideals of the founders and founding members what explains why culture cannot be integrated into daily operations and behaviors naturally. Other reasons why culture is neglected or isolated include ambiguous description of the culture, poor culture communications and education and lack of linkage between ideology and reality. Corporate culture is only seen as useful as just a beautiful dress for some special events if it is no longer as valuable as the engine of excellence.

Culture must also be the cornerstone of any systems and initiatives in the organization such as strategic planning and performance management. 
    Culture is the most critical engine that drives the entire eco-system. The more powerful this engine is, the faster the organization is able to develop new competitive advantage. It all depends on the level of culture integration, which should be a priority in the eyes of entrepreneurs and business leaders.
